Privacy statement

The TrilaWatt project takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We want you to know when we collect which data and how we use it. In principle, you do not have to provide any personal data to use the web offering of the TrilaWatt project, an mfund project of the German Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV).

Access to the website

When you visit our website for information purposes, our servers located in Germany only store the personal data that your browser transmits to our servers. The following data is stored in the log file for a maximum of 30 days:

  • IP address of the client
  • Identity of the client PC
  • Time of the request
  • URL
  • HTTP status code
  • Size of the requested object
  • Browser type and version

The stored data is only evaluated for the optimization of the Internet offer.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

We use your personal information in the case of information only within the TrilaWatt project and the companies commissioned to send information material. We do not pass it on to third parties without your express consent. Insofar as we are obliged to do so by law or by court order, we will pass on your data to bodies entitled to receive information.

Links, Embedded Services

This privacy policy does not extend to third-party websites linked from our website. The content of linked pages is the sole responsibility of their providers. Obviously illegal content was not identifiable at the time of linking using a reasonable standard of review. If we become aware of any infringements, such links will be removed immediately.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
